Westmoreland County vape shop broken into twice in two weeks

Police said the juveniles were residents at a nearby Adelphoi home for at-risk teens and children and admitted to breaking into the store.Ritko said he is happy to have the answers, but cleaning up is still a chore. He estimated it will cost about $6,000 to replace the door and window. Still, Ritko said he is hopeful the juveniles involved can get the help they need.”We wish them the best,” Ritko said. “We hope this is a pivotal time in their life that they get stuff figured out and they choose the right path from here on.”
